General conditions of Warranty

All products have one-year warranty (4 months for the compressors) from the date of manufacture.
The warranty excludes damage and / or malfunctions due to tampering. The same guarantee as CE one, ceases to have effect when pieces and / or parts (including gas cooling) are replaced, removed, tampered, repaired outside the factory, or from someone not allowed. The same guarantee is void for non-compliance of the points in the manual to the chapters: “Installation”, “Recommendations and warnings for the user” and “Maintenance”. The warranty does not cover damage and / or operations caused by accident, water, natural phenomena, incomplete, incorrect power supply, improper temperature and humidity ‘environment. Damage and breakage due to the neglect of the user are not covered.
Tekna provides the end user, through the retailers, the distributors or directly, the free supply of components and spares if under warranty. The parts that do not work and which need to be replaced should be properly packaged and sent to Tekna SRL free port, the replacing from the Tekna SRL will be ex-works. To obtain warranty service the client must provide the sales department Tekna (filling out a form) with the details of the product to be repaired (serial number, model, picture) and the list of spare parts with pictures required for the repairing.
The expenses of the intervention of the technician and the cost of transport for the spare parts are charged to the client.
The warranty is believed to be limited to manufacturing defects for direct or indirect damages.

Sales conditions

The delivery terms are not binding for the company Tekna and they can change for cases of force majeure or for internal or external reasons.
Complaints must be made when collecting the material at the company Tekna or to the forwarder noting the defect on the transport document. Any other claims must be made by registered mail no later than eight days after delivery or collection of the material. Any returned goods , prior written agreement shall not constitute itself, disputing defects and/ or defects in the absence of specific complaint within eight days as mentioned above.

The standard models are equipped with refrigerant R507. The refrigerants used are in compliance with international standards.

Yes , there is the possibility to have guides for trays . For models ‘top M’ there are 10 guides, all other models have 22 guides.
